🛒 Buying & Ordering

Your security is our priority. When you pay for an item, the money goes to the Shop With The Gents Admin first, not the seller. We hold the funds securely until you receive your item and confirm it is exactly what you ordered. Only then do we release the money to the shop.

When you place an order, you will receive a unique 6-digit Delivery Token. Do NOT share this token with anyone until you have received your package and inspected it. Giving the token to the delivery rider confirms you are happy with the order.

Yes! During checkout, you can select "In-Store Pickup" to save on delivery fees. You will still need to provide your Delivery Token to the shopkeeper to collect your item.

📢 Selling on Platform

We use a Shop ID system to protect your privacy. Buyers communicate with you through the platform, ensuring safe and professional interactions without exposing your personal phone number or home address.

Once a buyer successfully receives an item and provides their Delivery Token, our system releases the funds to your registered Mobile Money account within 24 hours, minus the platform commission.

We charge a small fixed fee of GHC 5.00 to list an item. This helps maintain the quality of listings on the platform and filters out spam.

Click on the "Login" button and select "Forgot Password". Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, do not provide your Delivery Token. Contact our support team immediately via the "Contact Us" page or call our helpline.
